Sun-Dried Oyster Mushrooms
Recommended method:
1. Soak them in room temperature water for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Once your mushrooms are plump and hydrated, they are ready to cook.
It makes an excellent addition to soups, sauces, stews, risottos, or any recipe that asks for mushrooms.
4. Use the liquid wherever you’d use a flavorful broth. 0.25 oz dried yields approximately 3 oz when reconstituted, 0.5 oz dried yields approximately 6 oz.

For fast rehydration, soak the mushrooms in hot water or stock for about 20 minutes.
